If you’ve been following me for a while, welcome to my new website! If you’re new here, my name is Stephanie! I’m a 21 year old college student and future RD. I have a passion for health and wellness, but specifically helping women make peace with food and their bodies and learn to live a healthy lifestyle without obsession. I too was once consumed with my weight, constantly thought about food, and felt terrible about myself if I didn’t stick to my workout routine perfectly. I’ve dealt with hormonal issues and digestive issues for years, which probably started with my disordered relationship with food. I struggled with severely restrictive eating disorders in high school, and once I found fitness, my obsession turned to the gym. I competed in bodybuilding for a couple of seasons, and while I loved it, it took a toll on my body. I was left with a stressed out body, high cortisol, and severed digestive problems, including SIBO and leaky gut, and not to mention I still didn’t have a period which had been gone for almost four years. This forced me to take a step back and evaluate my liftesyle. I was living for a “look” rather than for health. I took a step back from working out, dropped all forms of calorie counting, and decided to truly dive in to healing. Throughout my healing journey, I learned even more about hormones and digestion and how they’re connected. I decided to show myself compassion and appreciate my body instead of constantly hating on it. I improved my relationship with food, gained clarity in my life, and experienced physical healing I never thought was possible. I want to help you do the same! This site is all about healing, physcially and mentally. If you’ve stuggled with body image, gut issues like SIBO or IBS, or hypothalamic amenorrhea, I hope I can serve as a source of hope and support!

But I’ll also include some other fun stuff too like beauty and lifestyle tid bits! Stay tuned for whats to come :)
