We’ll work on improving your relationship with food and exercise to begin the mindset shift you need to finally make peace with food and your body - two things that are critical to sustainable fitness results. I’ll teach you the basics of fueling your body from a place of balance and help you understand the basics of nutrition and macros so you can confidently build a balanced diet on your own. I’m not here to create rules. I’m here to offer guidelines, support, accountability and my own personal experience.
