Hey everyone! First of all, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and holiday spent with loved ones. This time of year is full of talk about “New Year’s Resolutions”, which are often related to weight loss, and I wanted to share my perspective with you.

Here are some ideas that are better for your health and the health of the environment:

  1. Drink more water

  2. Eat less processed foods

  3. Support Local Business

  4. Reduce Plastic use

  5. Use more essential oils in place of traditional fragranced products

  6. Reduce toxins in your beauty routine

  7. Reduce toxins in your household products

  8. Practice mindfulness

  9. Get out in nature more often

  10. Create a morning routine

  11. Create a nighttime routine

  12. Practice self care! Take a bath and treat yourself!

  13. Find a new form of joyful movement! Like dancing or walking!

  14. Stop spending money on things you don’t need

  15. Recycle or donate your old shoes and clothes instead of throwing them away

  16. Cook more meals at home

  17. Visit your local farmer’s market once a month

  18. Journal and read more often

  19. Love yourself more! You are already amazing
