CBD Infused Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free & Vegan Options)


These cookies are probably the best cookies I’ve ever made and I had to share them with you all! They’re chewy and full of texture, and even infused with CBD! The key to making these cookies extra chewy is to chill the dough. Don’t skip that step because you’re excited to eat the cookies - I promise it’s worth it! This recipe is also gluten free, and could easily be made vegan. Enjoy the cookies! :)

CBD Infused Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

(makes about 20 cookies)


  • 1 and 1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour (regular flour will work too!)

  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Cured Nutrition Cinnamon & Honey CBD Spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature (I used a vegan butter)

  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg (use a “flax egg” to make vegan)

  • 2 and 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 2-3 Tablespoons of milk of choice, if needed


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, Cured spice, baking soda, and salt

  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugars. (Use an electric mixer if you have one on hand, but I made these without one and they turned out great!)

  3. Add in honey, vanilla, and egg and continue to beat.

  4. Slowly add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and continue to mix.

  5. Add in the oats and and stir well until combined.

  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  7. Form the cookie dough into roughly 1/4 cup size balls and place on a plate. Flatten slightly.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  9. After chilling the dough, pre-heat the oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet (2 depending on size) and place cookies 2 inches apart.

  10. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

  11. Remove from one and allow the cookies to cool on baking sheet for about 10 minutes before placing on a cooling rack and continue cooling.
